An exciting opportunity has arisen for an NQ Solicitor to join the busy Real Estate team of a thriving, friendly firm to be based in their Bournemouth office. The Real Estate team is dedicated to achieving the highest levels of service and client satisfaction and offer considerable experience at all levels to help develop and broaden your experience.

About you:

• You will be about to qualify, or recent qualified as a Solicitor, looking to develop your career working with a first-class client base.
• You will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills with the ability to assist in business development.

The role:

• The Real Estate team cover all aspects of legal business advice for Real Estate and Development clients. Clients include investors, telecoms companies, banks, developers, charities and other corporates.
• Your role will be to advise clients on the law surrounding Landlord and Tenant, Real Estate Development and Commercial Property issues and to deal with commercial property transactional matters such as buying, selling and leasing.
