We are working with a boutique independent Accountancy Practice based in Winchester, Hampshire. They are looking for a part time Senior Accounts Manager to join their team of qualified senior staff and take on some of their growing workload.

The hours will be around 20 per week with some flexibility to do so slightly less, for the right candidate.

About You

• Should be ACCA/ACA qualified with minimum 3 years PQE
• Strong academic background
• Be currently working within an accountancy practice
• Looking to join a local, expanding team
• Management experience
• Experience with all aspects of accountancy
• Seeking flexible hours (16-20 hours per week)
• Positive attitude when working within a team
• First class presentation and communication skills

• Management of a portfolio of clients
• Organise and supervise preparation of accounts from client records
• Management of junior staff
• Oversight of some outsourced accounts dept clients
• Reviewing statutory accounts and corporate and personal tax returns
• Work closely with other senior managers and the partners
