We're seeking a Quality Engineer to work for a very exciting engineering company who design and manufacture innovative products for military and commercial warfare defensive aids/systems. Utilising highly innovative and exciting technology as a Manufacturing Engineer you'll improve the manufacturing process ensuring that current and new products designs are optimised for cost and efficient manufacturing.

You'll work at one of their sites in Hamble Southampton and utilise your passion for Quality in a manufacturing / industrial engineering environment to monitor and drive all aspects of product quality and implement continuous improvement projects.

What do I need to apply?

A HND or Degree in a mechanical, manufacturing, quality or industrial related discipline. You'll have to have experience within mechanical or electro-mechanical manufacturing, i.e tooling, fixtures, BOM, DFMA and of course have experience within a Quality related role.

This would suit a driven, dynamic engineer who is looking to progress and really make a difference. You will need to be able to work with Engineering drawings and write technical documentation and procedures.
