University of Chichester Conservatoire
This position will work closely with the Senior Lecturer in Professional Resilience to provide administrative support and diary management and support to our Music students on an extensive range of issues. It will involve some liaison with Academics and Professional Staff to help co-ordinate the successful delivery of a range of initiatives across the undergraduate Music modules and provide additional support to other members of the team on a range of projects where possible.
Applications are welcome from well organised individuals with excellent IT including diary management, communication and interpersonal skills to undertake a variety of administrative and organisational tasks to support the curriculum. It''s important you have the ability to understand, support and empathise with a diverse range of student needs, especially to individuals who have a non-traditional background of entering Higher Education.
This position is part time for 6 hours a week spread over 2 / 3 days for 24 weeks per year.
