A top 15 accountancy practice are looking for a Trust Assistant to join their Private Client team in their London office.

Trust work is an important piece of our clients service line. This means you will be in the middle of action and learning from people who have an excellent understanding of the industry. You will be working closely with Managers, many of whom will have years of experience within a trust environment.

This role would suit you if you are just starting out within a career in Private Client and have an interest in learning and progressing at one of the UK's largest firms. Within the role you will be responsible for the preparation of self-assessment tax returns and deceased estate accounts by entering information provided by clients, with excellent attention to detail. There may also be the opportunity to get involved in other ad-hoc projects, such as arranging payments to beneficiaries and the settling of third party invoices.

Their office is within a 5 minute walk of both London Blackfriars and City Thameslink train stations, meaning it is easily commutable from a large portion of the South East.

What are they looking for?

• You could be a university graduate or have just left school and with an interest in tax
• May have worked within an accountancy firm before in an administration role and keen to move into a different career
• Seeking to build on their career in Private Client and Trusts
• A willingness to learn and complete the ATT exams
• Good understanding of trusts and estates
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Confident in a busy environment
