We are a looking for an organized and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to work in our busy office supporting our warehouse in supplying retailers and distributors throughout the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for sales support and order entry for all our vendors.  The role involves liaison with North American vendors, UK and European retailer customers, independent agents, suppliers and the rest of our team.  You will be responsible for order entry and invoicing, for dealing with any customer service issues that may arise, including late shipments, damages, etc. You will also be responsible for some credit control and reporting activities.

The environment is busy, deadline driven and varied.  The job requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable with autonomy and responsibility. 

Required skills

  • Computer literacy in Office products
  • Good telephone and communication skills

Hours of work are 35 hours per week,  8.30 to 4.30, Monday to Friday, but some flexibility may be required.
Salary £18K to £20K per annum.
