A high level of customer service is required to support our students, guests and staff and the University operates a "Don''t Walk By" approach to ensure issues are dealt with quickly, safely and effectively. Project work will require you to work alone or as part of the larger team, so it''s important you can communicate effectively with a range of people on a daily basis by email, telephone or face to face.
