Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a new Technical Support Advisor.

Joining our hardworking and passionate tech support team, you will thrive on helping our customers with their tech issues, troubleshooting and looking to help resolve potential hardware and software issues (mostly PC based support, hardware components/peripherals and software - typically Windows 10).

The main ways you will support our customers will be via phone, e-mail and chat and you’re your workload will be managed through a ticketing system.

Our customers mean everything to us, so you will need a real passion and enthusiasm for providing an amazing customer experience, every time.

What we are looking for:

Your top-notch communication skills (both verbal and written) will ensure you can relay information or instructions effectively (not using too much “tech talk”) both to our customers and your colleagues across our different departments.

You need to have a genuine passion for IT and delivering outstanding customer service. Broad IT technical knowledge along with practical experience is required.

Please be aware that due to the nature of some of our work, you may need to undertake a DBS and/or security check.

We are based in Portchester (outskirts of Portsmouth), with good transport links, free staff parking and a lockable bike shed for if you drive or ride. We are able to offer (after training), the chance to work from home and the office.
