Who are Direct Life?

We sell and process Life Insurance and Protection Products to provide clients with that all important peace of mind. We offer loads of benefits to our staff and have fun whilst we work hard! Now a little about the role:
You'll be making outbound calls to customers who have taken out life insurance or a protection product (there is no cold calling involved) to obtain more information from them about their life style and medical history. Whilst you do this you'll have to maintain a full and accurate record of the progress of the insurance application. When making the calls you'll have to follow a script and achieve set targets. We require you to work 37.5 hours per week, which would include a couple of evenings till 9pm and a Saturday morning.
What does our ideal candidate look like?
We hope to find someone who is a great communicator, has fantastic customer service skills and who has a keen eye for detail. We'd also like you to be reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic. An interest in the Financial Services Industry would be a bonus but is not essential.
