Job Description: Are you a energetic, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sailing and being on the water? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the RS Sales Team at the world’s largest dinghy manufacturer. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to build on our current success and help us expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell our award-winning range of sailboats.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial sailing centres, sailing clubs, and other institutions.
• Represent RS Marine Group at events, sailing venues, and trade shows.
• Facilitate supply of RS dinghies, ensuring specifications meet client requirements.
• Create and manage sales opportunities and industry presence.

Requirements:

• Highly self-motivated with an eye for detail and excellent presentation skills.
• Pro-active, energetic, and adapt at building industry contacts.
• Flexibility to travel frequently and work weekends.
• Strong communication and IT skills.

Desirable

• Keen dinghy sailor with a comprehensive understanding of sailing, leisure, racing, and training.
• Qualified Sailing Instructor or dedicated sailing experience as racer.
• Trained in business management, marketing or sales.
