Central to the role is a commitment to raising student engagement and attainment by removing barriers to learning and ensuring every learner is supported to reach their full potential. By building strong relationships, maintaining high expectations and embracing professional development, the post holder will play a key role in delivering an ambitious and inclusive curriculum aligned with the vision and values of NCW.
