We are looking for a Deputy Venue Presentation Supervisor to join our Venue Services team on a casual basis and play a key role in maintaining the presentation, cleanliness and overall standards of one of the UK’s most picturesque motorsport circuits.
The Role
Working closely with the Venue Presentation Coordinator, you will play a key part in the management of the Venue Presentation Team, ensuring the circuit, facilities and event spaces are maintained to the highest standards throughout the year.
You will support the planning and delivery of cleaning operations, assist with team organisation and take an active role in ensuring Oulton Park is always presented at its best, whether welcoming thousands of race fans, professional teams or corporate guests.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Supporting the organisation and prioritisation of daily venue presentation activities across the circuit
- Deputising when required for the Venue Presentation Coordinator
- Working with the Venue Presentation Coordinator building and managing monthly team rotas, ensuring effective staffing levels are maintained
- Taking a hands-on approach to cleaning duties and operational tasks when required
- Supporting the Track & Estate Manager in leading the Venue Presentation Team and ensuring safe, efficient working practices
- Providing operational support to Circuit Management and Duty Managers during events and periods when the Track & Estate Manager is unavailable
- Helping deliver consistently high standards of venue presentation across all areas of the circuit
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Assist with training new and existing team members, ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times.
- Support regular toolbox talks covering equipment use, safety procedures and operational standards.
- Supervise venue presentation staff and agency team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Identify opportunities for team development and external training.
Venue Operations
- Ensure daily cleaning schedules, worksheets and planned tasks are completed, recorded and maintained.
- Support preparation plans for major race meetings, special events and increased operational periods.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks when staffing levels require additional support.
- Maintain high standards across spectator areas, hospitality facilities, offices and circuit infrastructure.
Equipment & Stock Management
- Assist with maintaining cleaning equipment, machinery and operational supplies.
- Ensure equipment maintenance schedules are followed and external suppliers are engaged where required.
- Maintain accurate stock records and support effective ordering processes to ensure value for money and operational efficiency.
You will have:
- A flexible approach and the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
- A strong understanding of health and safety responsibilities in the workplace.
- Pride in presentation and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work independently while also supporting and motivating a wider team.
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facilities or venue operations would be advantageous.
- A willingness to work outdoors in all conditions.
- The physical fitness required to carry out a varied, active role.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and event days when required.

This role is being offered on a casual basis, offering flexible working patterns scaling up to 42.5 hours a week. Due to the duties in the role, a full UK driving licence is required for the position.
