We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Development Administrator to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to join a friendly and sociable team who thrive on high standards of customer service and enjoy a fun and fast-paced working environment.
Based in the beautiful surroundings of Goodwood House, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration and optimisation of the HR Information System (HRIS). As the first point of contact for our internal and external customers, you'll ensure the office is always welcoming.
You'll be friendly and approachable with a great sense of humour as well as being process-driven and have fantastic attention to detail. If you'd like to join a team who are obsessed with food, and love to chat about which box-set they're currently binge watching – apply now!
What you'll have:
- Excellent administration experience in a fast paced, changing environment.
- An eager eye for detail is crucial as is the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise a busy workload.
- You'll be confident with the ability to build great relationships.
- Previous experience of using HR databases/systems (or similar) is essential.
- If you have previously used iTrent/MHR then that would be great but training will be provided regardless.
- Confidence to run, manage and adapt systems/processes.
- Excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft packages.
